check-out time in case of early check-in:
- with 00.00 to 06.00 12 hours of the current day;
- from 06.00 to 12.00 – 12 hours the next day.
Fee for booking a room with early arrival (from 06.00 to 12.00 p.m.) - 25% off regular price.
When checking out a guest from 12.00 to 18.00 will be charged hourly rates;
- 18.00-00.00 - payment for half a day;
- from 00.00 to 12.00 fee for a full day;
- for stays of less than a day - will be charged as per day.
forms of payment at the hotel: cash or Bank transfer, payment by credit card. The order of payment - pre-payment.
For children (accompanied by an adult) under 12 years old without extra bed, no fee is charged.
a visit to the hotel room your guests is possible up to 23 hours. After this time further stay of the guest in the hotel is possible only after making a guest accommodation in General terms.
For valuables and money we recommend to use the safe located in the room. In case of loss of personal belongings from the room, please report this immediately to the administration for appropriate action.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the complex will be charged 1500 rubles., according to the Rules of hotel services in the "the Oasis".
Smoking only in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Change towels and toiletries are provided daily.
bed linen is made every three days.
Please, respect the other guests staying in nearby rooms of the hotel. Please, in the period from 23:00 to 06:00 PM, Mute the TV sound, avoid loud conversation and laughter.
Please take care of the property and equipment of the complex. In case of damage, loss of property and equipment of the hotel, should be compensated for their costs in the amount provided by the administration.
Leaving the room, close the door.

If you wish to extend the period of residence must inform the receptionist of the hotel no later than 2 hours before check-out time - 12 p.m. local time. Extension of period of stay in the same room is possible only in the absence of a confirmed reservation in favor of third parties.

Refund for paid and unused services made the following calculation:
will be returned in full if the period of refusal of service is more than 48 hours before the date for commencement of services.
the Amount will be refunded minus 50% of the cost of one night stay in case of cancellation 24 hours prior to commencement of the services.

RETURN CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 10 BANKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FOR A REFUND.
When paying at the Bank transfer are provided the invoice and the certificate of completion. These documents are sent to the postal address of the organization or the guest upon presentation of a power of attorney (Form M-2).
If paid by cash or credit card is issued a receipt and an invoice.
