Hotel complex "Oasis" is accepting applications around the clock. Consideration of written applications is carried out within one hour of receipt of the order.

To reserve a room at the hotel you must send a request via telephone/ Fax or e-mail or submit the application form on our website.

Information necessary for the reservation

For booking individuals:

  • surname, name, patronymic of the guest (s);
  • date and time of arrival and departure;
  • category and number of rooms;
  • form of payment
  • contact information (phone, email).

For booking legal entities:

Application for booking of rooms in hotel is accepted on the company's letterhead with the mandatory details (full name organization, legal and postal address, INN, KPP, account) signed by the head or other authorized representative of the organization.

  • surname, name, patronymic of the guest (s);
  • date and exact time of arrival and departure;
  • category and number of rooms;
  • the form of payment (by Bank transfer, credit card, cash)
  • contact person (phone, Fax, email address).

In case the payment will be made by Bank transfer, it is necessary that the application had specified: "Payment by Bank transfer guarantee ( no later than 3 days before arrival)".

In case the payment is made and payment is not received within a specified time, you must send a copy of payment order by Fax or electronic communication. If payment by wire transfer is not made, by written agreement of the parties may change the form of payment in cash, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and/or to terminate the guest's arrival.

Reservations can be guaranteed and non-guaranteed

Guaranteed - if the services of pre-paid or the organisation making the booking, a contract for the provision of hotel services with the "CC "Oasis".

In this book the hotel guarantees the provision of accommodation for the period of the paid term. The room will be reserved for 1 day (until 12:00 next day), whether or not the guest.

In the case of non-arrival, the Hotel does not return with cash in the amount equal to the cost of accommodation nights in this room category, the confirmed rate.

Guaranteed - if hotel services are paid at check-in. When a guest is late for more than four hours from the stated time of the stay, the reservation is canceled.

change the information in the confirmed reservation

To change the information in the confirmation, you must contact hotel by phone or e-mail with written or oral request amendments to your booking number. Changes considered confirmed after receiving a guest (the person making the booking) written confirmation by the hotel administrator. The hotel may refuse the request for the amendment if they are impossible.

Cancel (cancellation) booking

the Cancellation takes place only on the initiative of a natural or legal person who made the reservation. For cancellation of reservation should contact the hotel by phone or e-mail no later than the day before the date of arrival.

Cancellation on the day of arrival is performed according to the status of the application

non-guaranteed reservation - when a guest is late for more than four hours from the stated time of the stay, the reservation is canceled.

In case of guaranteed booking cancellation occurs only at the initiative of a natural or legal person who made the reservation. This requires contacting the hotel no later than the day before the date of arrival, with a written request to cancel the booking with a booking number.

the Reservation is considered cancelled upon receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the hotel Manager. Otherwise, you will be billed for payment for a simple hotel room in the amount equal to the cost of living for one day in this room category, the confirmed rate.

Check in later hours of cancellation

In the case of non-arrival before the stated time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically without further notice to the guest. Reinstatement of cancelled reservation and checking in after hours cancellations are possible subject to availability and upon payment of a guest is idle rooms (in the amount equal to the cost of living for one day the confirmed rate).

Check in earlier check-out time

check – out hour- 12 hours of the current day local time. Early check in is possible if you have a prepared number.

To guarantee your room for arrival earlier check-out time (from 6:00 to 12:00 am) guest can take advantage of additional service "Early arrival" in the amount of 25% cost of stay of one night at confirmed rate.
